Each tour will be accompanied by a Viennese team member.

PROGRAM 1
Apple-strudel making class
& Upper Belvedere
max. 40 persons
10:00 – 12:30 am → Apple Strudel making class
Join us at the Kochlounge to learn how the most Austrian of all desserts is made. Hands on experience slicing and peeling apples, preparing the filling, stretching the dough and forming the strudel. At the end, we will enjoy our freshly baked strudels with a good cup of Viennese coffee.

13:30 – 14:30 pm → Upper Belvedere Private Tour
The Belvedere's world-famous collection: landmark pieces of Viennese Modernism by Gustav Klimt, Egon Schiele, Oskar Kokoschka, and Helene Funke await you. Take a fresh look at the most comprehensive collection of paintings by Ferdinand Georg Waldmüller and the Viennese Biedermeier and discover gems of Austrian art from the Middle Ages and the Baroque.

Sisi Museum
& Ballroom Dancing

14:10 – 15:00 pm → Private Tour of the Sisi Museum
Get to know Sisi and her family during the course of this tour of the Sisi Museum and the Imperial Apartments. Numerous personal effects that once belonged to the Empress are on display, illustrating Sisi’s real personality and her life at court. Get a glimpse of what royal life was like during the time of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.

15:30 – 16:30 pm → Ballroom Dancing
For those who prefer a bit more active option, we offer the chance to take a one-hour crash course in ballroom dancing. Renowned Dancing School Stanek will give you the opportunity to get know the most important Viennese dances. The Waltz will play a prominent role, as will the polka and the quadrille.

Vienna 1900: Leopold Museum
& Sigmund Freud City Walk

The Leopold Museum is creating an opulent tableau which affords uniquely rich and complex insights into the fascination of Vienna around 1900 and the atmosphere of this vibrant time.

13:00 – 15:00 pm → Following the footsteps of Sigmund Freud – A guided tour of “Freud’s Vienna
Starting point Leopold Museum.
A certified tour guide takes you back in time in search of “Freud’s Vienna”. The profound authority on the cultural history of Vienna takes you to those places and sites that played a key role in the life and daily routine of Sigmund Freud in the birthplace of psychoanalysis. The tour ends with a visit in Vienna’s own Freud museum.
