As we move towards a four-generation workplace,the 11th Drucker Forum(November 21 + 22) is making a point of having each of the cohorts – Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials and Generation Z – represented and involved. We invite current leaders of key institutions to bring their next-generation talent with them. Entries for the Drucker Challenge essay competition and nominations for the Talent Award are still being accepted.
Young Generation program
The program will include a Young Generation get-together, Young Generation lunches with top executives, a barcamp session and the award ceremony for the Peter Drucker Challenge essay competition for winners and finalists at the Gala Dinner. Drucker Forum Talent Award
Nominate a group of high potentials (5 to a maximum 20) to take part in the Forum – a mindopening and life-changing experience, according to feedback from last year’s attendees. Selection criteria are at the discretion of participating organizations. Nominations by September 30, for a limited number of places – Info on the programand apply here.
Drucker Challenge Essay Contest
Students and professionals aged 18–35 from around the world are invited to submit an essay on the topic 'The Value of the Renaissance Manager' – or, how great organizations and their people combine both art and science for success. Entrepreneurship Schools program
Drucker agreed with the great Joseph Schumpeter: it is entrepreneurs who move capitalism forward. Our Entrepreneurship Schools Program aims to encourage final-class students and their teachers from across Europe to participate in and contribute to the Forum.
