A fixture in the run-up to the Global Peter Drucker Forum is the Peter Drucker Challenge essay contest. Now in its 11th year, the Drucker Challenge has two aims: to raise awareness of Peter Drucker’s thinking among students and young professionals; and to enable talented young people to attend the Forum. Those whose essays are judged highest are sponsored to participate in the Vienna conference in person.
This year‘s Drucker Challenge contest theme, „Leadership and Critical Thinking – How to Foster Critical-Thinking Skills in Critical Times” drew 614 submissions from 86 countries.
