With the 2021 Global Peter Drucker Forum now just six months away – and a head-spinning set of challenges confronting managers in the meantime – who couldn't benefit from A Day of Drucker? Our live online event by that name takes place June 30 and promises a mind-opening immersion in how the "father of management" thought about turbulent times like these. Check out the preliminary program and register for the enhanced interactive online experience now to learn how Drucker's decades of work can inform your decision-making today. Special workshops based on some of Drucker’s fundamental ideas are also available June 29. Exceptionally we will broadcast a free livestream as a viewing option. Places for the interactive experience and the free livestream are limited – secure your place now.
Drucker devoted his life to improving the practice of management because he saw the crucial role that managers play in thriving societies. Take this opportunity to engage with his most enduring ideas. Let A Day of Drucker spur you to think and inspire you to take on today's issues with a whole new level of clarity and creativity.
With best regards
Richard Straub and the Day of Drucker team
A Day of Drucker (June 30):
An interactive "follow the sun" experience
The program of the day extends from early morning CET to early afternoon US West Coat time to allow all major geographic regions to experience significant portions of the program live. Instant replays will be provided for other program elements. Building on the experience of last year's Drucker Forum, the Day of Drucker will offer important opportunities for active participation for those joining via the Zoom-based interactive conference package. Meeting points will be provided in the networking lounge where selected speakers will take part in small group discussions with participants in pre-planned breakouts. Key insights and takeaways will be recorded throughout the day using Miro technology and discussed in a final Post-Scriptum session at the very end of the day's proceedings.
Workshops
for deep dives on June 29 (optional)
Five interactive workshops are scheduled for June 29 – all building on Peter Drucker's fundamental ideas, reframed for today’s context. They cover key subjects such as management as a liberal art, embedding entrepreneurship in the corporate DNA, self-management and managing life transitions.
