Don't let a crisis go to waste!
This year’s Digital Summer Forum on June 9 (workshops on June 14) will address ‘performance that matters’ in all its aspects, bearing in mind Peter Drucker’s dictum that performance has become the ‘ultimate test for management’. Public and private sector institutions need to perform at their highest level to navigate through the consecutive crises. We need a common understanding and language of what we mean by performance and what really matters today – in terms of priorities and focus. With his clear and deep ideas Drucker provides us a solid foundation on how to think about this and how to act now. Let’s turn today’s epochal shifts to positive use!
These events are part of the 2022 'Drucker Journey' that culminates in the annual Global Peter Drucker Forum in Vienna on November 17 + 18.
Preparations for the two days in June are in full swing – stay tuned for more info. Don’t miss out: secure your place today.

June 9: at the Digital Summer Forum you’ll take part in hour-long sessions on different aspects of improving performance. Time will be built in for questions and networking. Contribute by joining our community, sharing best practices and helping to develop new ones to address today’s most pressing management issues.
June 14: Digital Workshops, roundtables, and masterclasses (in 75-minute slots) will provide food for reflection and practical help in meeting daily challenges. The full agenda is to come – but here’s a taster: a masterclass with Roger Martin on the need to boost the performance of knowledge work, and a workshop on the “invention of management” by Peter Drucker, leveraging his last comprehensive interview with Nikkei.
