A full two-day program
with optional extensions on
Nov 29 to Dec 2
We are excited to announce that the core section of the Drucker Forum, the panels and speakers program for November 30 and December 1, is up and ready. It’s an encounter of management’s best minds around our annual theme ‘Creative Resilience: Leading in an Age of Discontinuity’, crafted to open up your horizons. Look forward to thought leaders on the stage and discussions between panel members. Get inspired by listening.
Expect the program about interactive sessions in parallel with the panels at the Drucker Forum and details of the optional extensions on Wednesday Nov 29 and Saturday Dec 2 soon. Scroll down for more info.
Highlights of the program
Nov 30 + Dec 1
We share insights
Prominent leaders share hard-won wisdom about the keys to an organization’s ability to survive catastrophe and come back stronger.
We tackle hot topics
We’re at a watershed: the year AI changed everything. How will this revolution test human resilience and, by responding creatively, can we emerge more resilient than before?
We shape the future
Management has been slow to evolve from its industrial-age roots. What will it take to turn it into the powerful, value-creating force the 21st century needs?
We get personal
Some people recover faster after setbacks. Is this due to mindset or muscle? Resources or relationships? Grace or grit? Crucially, can the answers be learned?
We learn
Creative workers and artists have setbacks too. What works for them – and could it work for others, too?

Drucker Forum – the streams to choose among
In parallel with the panels, we will offer two further rich content streams at the Vienna Hofburg: interactive sessions with a Q&A part – audience involvement desired. Deep-dive dialogues: smaller groups with full interaction between speakers and participants – to be announced in the coming weeks.
Drucker Forum – with additional attractions before and after
Mark your diary and book your Forum trip starting Wednesday Nov 29, when we will be offering special events from partners with selected speakers, free and for all those interested. On Saturday Dec 2 look out for a cultural program for Forum participants in Vienna, recently ranked as the most livable city in the world. The full program will be available soon.
See you in Vienna,
Drucker Forum Team
