To conclude the launch of The Next Management, Julia Kirby, Drucker Forum program curator, will announce the new theme of the 2024 Forum.
Last call for the on-line launch of our new headline project, The Next Management, at 16–17 CET on 13 March. Join this important free digital session – a milestone that will shape our agenda for the coming five years and the introduction of this year’s topic of the Drucker Forum. What is it and why is it important? What are the broad new patterns we see?
It’s the opening statement of what will be our leitmotif, The Next Management, presented by speakers from public- and private-sector institutions representing a digitally enabled, human-centered “next manager” perspective.
The choice of The Next Management as an overarching topic is based on our conviction that the discipline and practice of management requires a fundamental revamp to fit it for the 21st century with all its complexity and radical uncertainty on one side, and the large-scale deployment of new technologies such as generative AI, with its unprecedented transformative power, on the other.
