Thank you for this insightful research. Being human at work brings out the best in all of us. Interdependence is for me the new normal. Listening to and relying on each other, regardless of hierarchy at work and in life, is the best way I know to “protect us from all anxiety”, a line from a Catholic prayer that has never resonated so much as now.
