The Drucker Forum is rapidly filling up – we will have 800+ participants joining the 10th anniversary event in the Vienna Hofburg. If you are still aiming to attend in person, we recommend that you register soon – hotel rooms and seats at the Gala Dinner are getting scarce. We are delighted to say that this year the young generation will be represented in force. Some 200 future leaders have qualified or been nominated for the Forum under three programs – the Peter Drucker Challenge Essay Contest, the Entrepreneurship Schools and Talent Award Program.

Finalists and winners in the Drucker Challenge Essay Contest have just been announced – find them here. The jury has reviewed close to 500 submissions from more than 60 countries. Read the winning essays to see how the next generation of leaders views the world!

Announced this year, the new Talent Award Program has attracted the attention of a number of leading companies: Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI), Mondi Group, SAP, and Steelcase are each sending important delegations of young leaders to the Forum. They will benefit from a dedicated Barcamp session and special young generation lunches. This is the last chance to nominate young leaders for the Talent Award – closing date is October 5. Our international community is steadily growing as the Drucker Forum features in events around the globe – the Drucker Academy Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Management Association supported by Advantage Austria Hong Kong on September 18, the 2nd International Rendanheyi Model Forum in Qingdao organized by Haier Group and MLab on September 20, and the upcoming Brightline conference on Strategy@Work in New York on October 25.
