Entrepreneurial change is different from ‘change management’, which seems to be in engaging the affected early, being proactive and fostering success through diversity – implying a specific type of leadership and culture. How does Drucker use the word ‘systematic’ here? I interpret it as being more than formulaic and repetitive in an industrial sense but to being purposeful/principled and embodying the practice elements he describes…i.e. lead with the how (& why) and not just the what. I am now inspired to read the works that Walter references. Thank you!
