To be able to see the changes that are needed in the social and organizational structures of business, we need to be able to see how we are personally in transition. In my work, I find personal change much more difficult than organizational. However, when we can embrace it, the freedom we gain acts as an accelerator for the creativity that the whole organization needs. Excellent post, Lukas.
