I believe this is of highest strategic importance at board level. The art of talent development is the key of business planning and execution. Who plans ? decides ? shares ? federates ? explains ?
We have benefited from highly processed industries and technologies, years of 6 sigma, lean, SAP programming, outsourcing… When we experience a minute of authentic, true, 100% human added value relationship, what comes first ?
Thank you Dr Keen for pointing out one of our most exciting challenge (if not the most): “reinvent what it means to be human” for a “renaissance in humanity”.
Another austrian giant, Dr Frankl, studying how man could survive to Auschwitz, pointed out the role of meaning. He would be glad today reading this post.
